OUR RETURN POLICY IS SIMPLE
We accept returns on most items purchased on our website, provided they meet the criteria outlined below. Returns must be made within 14 days of the date you receive your order. Please note that certain items may be excluded from returns, as specified in the product descriptions. Within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may return any of the following items for a full refund of the purchase price (the cost to return the item will be your responsibility): any book in its original condition. Any unopened media (music CD, DVD, VHS tape, video game, or software) and any other merchandise that’s in new and unused condition apparel and gift items
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items that fall within our return policy guidelines and were purchased from psalmsforkids.com.
To initiate a return:
1. Email info@psalmsforkids.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to the provided address. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item,
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We will notify you once the refund has been processed.
